Saw this sometime ago on a Fb biking group and added to my homescreen on my mobile. As most phones are locked and phone contacts often unsorted its a simple contact number in case of emergency. Just add ICE and then a contact number should the need arise. So should anything untoward happen like an accident, beamed up by aliens etc.

It goes on the lockscreen so anyone can read it
